WTLS is excited to host an estate planning clinic in celebration of Pro Bono Month. This event will take place in Jackson and will be open to any individuals who qualify for WTLS services, regardless of age. Potential clients will complete the WTLS intake process and be paired with a law student who will call the client and gather information needed to draft the estate planning documents. WTLS will use document automation software to create the documents using these answers and provide those documents to attorney volunteers who will review the documents with the clients via phone or video conferencing. Once these have been reviewed, clients will be given a location to show up to on October 26 to sign these documents in front of witnesses.
