WTLS provides advice and representation to seniors age 60 and older with a focus on public benefits, healthcare, housing, consumer, and simple wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Our staff members provide advice and representation to victims of domestic violence, stalking, harassment, sexual assault, elder abuse, financial exploitation, and other violent crimes. Legal services include order of protection, divorce, custody modification, contempt, and victim advocacy in criminal court.
WTLS provides advice and representation in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, and child support. Services are very limited due to the volume of requests received.
