Disclosure of Information for Public Inspection

The following documents are available for public inspection during normal working hours:

• The LSC Act
• LSC rules, regulations, and guidelines
• A list of the names and addresses of WTLS Board members
• WTLS’ written policies, procedures, and guidelines subject to disclosure pursuant to 45 CFR 1619

If a person requests information that the Legal Services Corporation may be required to disclose pursuant to 45 CFR 1602 regarding a Freedom of Information Act request not required to be disclosed under 45 CFR 1619, WTLS will inform you seeking it how to request it from LSC.

To request a copy of any material listed above, send your request by email to wtls@wtls.org. Copies can also be made available at the office within five business day of the request at a cost of 10 cents per page. WTLS charges a reasonable fee for mailing.
